M31 appears to be now a 2 bedroom unit as the den has a small window. Just look for M31 in teh 2 bedroom section of the website. The listed price is $415,900.

Hi Gwen,

The roof top of the building is made-up of terraces for the PH units. We looked into doing the panels but the cost at this stage was not offering the rate of savings to justify it. The solar heating tubes we will reiew and consider - thanks.

I wonder why you are not incorporating solar panels on the roof of M5V? Also, why no solar heating tubes? These two measures would represent significant savings in the long-term energy costs of the building.

I think what you're doing is so amazing. The M5V building is a wonder to behold. I do wish it had a green roof to clean the air, but I understand that maybe your building is too small to have one. From the floor plans, some of those 2 floor units looks stunning. With a central courtyard, no less, to fill with greenery! I just wish I was rich enough to buy one of these units. I also have a dream that you'll build a building near a park somewhere. I find it stressful being in the middle of the concrete jungle, surrounding by idling cars. If you had a green building, with a green roof, backing onto a ravine or park... Wow. This would be somewhere I'd want to live forever. Keep up the great work! You're making lots of people very, very happy.
