Commitments Need Legs!

TAS DesignBuild Sponsors The Green Living Show April 27-29, 2007

Green is the agenda and everyone is waving their flag. At TAS, our commitment to reducing our environmental footprint was redoubled this year with the conception of our first environmentally committed project: M5V Condominiums. Over the past year, our commitment has extended well beyond green marketing efforts. In the course of the next couple of weeks, our M5V Presentation Center (Sales Office) will be certified as the first LEED building of its kind in North America - our commitment is real and our efforts in this regard have been relentless.

This April, TAS DesignBuild will be raising the bar once again. We are ecstatic to announce our lead sponsorship position with The Green Living Show. Internationally renowned advocates Dr. David Suzuki, Mr. Al Gore, and Margaret Atwood will bring to Toronto their vision for addressing the world we live in and respecting the delicacies of our environment.

TAS DesignBuild will feature our commitment to creating green homes through an 800 square foot pavilion at The Green Living Show that will offer visitors the opportunity to experience and learn about green development. Education is the key to change: we have created the M5V Condominiums Presentation Centre as a home buying resource with a very clear mandate to educate home buyers on aspects of green development. Our commitment to sustainable living is not exclusive to M5V, but intrinsic to all future TAS DesignBuild projects.

The TAS DesignBuild pavilion at The Green Living Show will showcase the features home buyers are looking for when purchasing a green home. Come and experience what each of these features offers you, not only in terms of a value proposition but also how it will help improve the quality of your home through environmentally sustainable features.
