M5V Presentation Centre - Going Up In A Hurry!


If you've been walking by King and Peter lately, you'll have noticed the dramatic colour glass façade on the M5V Presentation Centre.

This wall of coloured glass is representative of what will be M5V's building façade; it's called a 'curtain wall' and it will extend to the full height of the building when complete. The glass windows are operable floor to ceiling and high-efficiency - a sustainable building feature.

Our presentation centre has been planned to mirror many of M5V's building features, from sustainability, to architecture, interior finishings and customization options. This October, we'll be unveiling to you a brand new experience in Urban Home Buying.

    Granted all is still new, but do you guys have an estimated move in date for M5V Purchasers yet?

    Move-in is anticipated for November 2009. If you are interested, we will be starting to schedule appointments this coming weekend at our sales pavilion.
